As usual, We will ship your orders the next working day. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international area & destinations.
Our website is fully integrated with couriers to calculate international shipping cost in real time.When you place an order, we will provide shipping rate and delivery date for you based on the shipping option you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full metric unit. Currently, we selected EMS Post, FedEx, DHL for International shipping. All orders sent through the delivery networks have tracking capabilities, allowing you to view where your item is during the delivery process.
As usual, No customs or import duties are charged during the order reaches its destination country.
If you refuse a shipment from Anta Dealer Shop, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Anta Dealer Shop. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return. The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Chinese Consumer Law (CCL).
We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by us.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.
To qualify for a return, items must be returned to our Fulfillment Center within 15 days from the date your shipment was delivered.
1. Any goods which are not sold in our shop are refused.
2. Goods must be unworn and returned with original boxes in its original condition. Goods returned with postage stickers and tape on the original package are non-refundable and will not receive refund or store credit.
3. Return reasons must be remarked, which will help us keep records and further improve products.
